WE are DAYS away from Christmas and they keep extending the date on their follow up from 24 hours to now 72 hours. Got a security concern on my account due to a high dollar amount purchase and cleared it via the auto dial in option but still unable to place and online orders for store pick up and cannot even create a new one. However, if they did not, I would be out over $200.00. Thankfully, the boots did arrive but not on the day the tracking showed. Furthermore, they would not credit my account for the missing boots or send me a replacement pair. The next day I received a "canned" response saying they looked into the situation and have proof that the item was delivered on the date in the tracking. When I contacted Nordstrom, they said they would look into it. The package never arrived on either of the above dates and it just arrived on Jan 18th. Tracking on the Nordstrom website says the package was delivered on Jan 15th at 3:49 AM! Tracking on LaserShip says the package was delivered on Jan 14 at 6:38 pm. Recently, I ordered a pair of boots and the shipping company was LaserShip (a horrible, horrible company which lies all the time). I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for years because of the superior customer service they have provided. I’ll be switching to other online vendors.ĭelivery Issue w/very poor customer service I can understand this happening every once in awhile, but this has become the routine and I no longer can trust the tracking information on my packages delivered via USPS. This is a huge inconvenience and completely unnecessary. This necessitates canceling and returning one of the duplicate orders and my having to drive to the post office to return one of the packages by mail. I’ve called Nordstrom and per their request, received a refund and placed a new order, only to have the items show up a couple days later. On three separate occasions, the USPS tracking has shown my order as DELIVERED, when I never received it. Recently, however, has been using USPS for orders. In the past, orders were sent using Ontrac, which has always been reliable and great with tracking. I’ve been a longtime customer of Nordstrom and but the website has seriously declined in customer service and I will likely stop shopping with them.
